Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Position: Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Responsibilities
->Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
->Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
->Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
->Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools
->Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
->Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
->Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
->Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
->Monitor debugging process results
->Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
->Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
->Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
->Strong communication skills in English is a must as you will work closely with a cross-culture team. (both written and verbal)

Education: BSc. in CSE or similar from any UGC-approved reputed university.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) experience in the relevant field
Salary Range: 18000 BDT
Job location: 2/23, Razia Sultana Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka (or work from home )

Office Time:

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (including lunch and prayers time)
Lunch & Snacks will be provided

Work from Home
10.00 am to 6.30 pm Sunday to Thursday
09.00 am to 2.00 pm Saturday
