Position: Product Support Officer Bangladesh

Roles and Responsibilities:

–>Review legal regulations of every country where software sales and customer interaction takes place.
–> Ensuring that software sold in the market is adaptable to every country’s legal regulations as well as customer comprehension and applicability.
–>Ensuring that product usage adheres to every country’s national accounting regulations and specifications.
–>Conduct respective market research, in order to obtain information relative to the regulated accounting market to keep up with market trends and accordingly coordinate with the pertaining team to apply the new features into our integrated software systems.
–> Conduct product testing procedures on a weekly basis.
–> Engage in the provision of training and conduct of webinar sessions directly in relation to communicating with clients virtually.

Education/Qualifications:

–>BBA in Accounting or similar from any reputed university.
–>Possession of a reputable certification from an accredited institution.

Requirements:

–>Highly significant knowledge of accounting (Journal entry, accounting education)
–>Compliance: Ability to adapt our software products to country regulated requirements.
–> Possession of interpersonal skills
–>100% fluency in English is a pre-requisite in terms of verbal and written perspectives.
–> Knowledge of a second language is also an option (French/Spanish/Portuguese/Chinese/Arabic) in written, spoken and oral perspectives.
–>Ability to read regulated, general conditions and comprehend the content documents of respective countries.
–> Possession of one’s own Laptop.
–> Significant knowledge of accounting (education)
–> Knowledge of sales and client account management (education)
–>Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
–> Effective Communication skills.

Salary Range:
Salary training product and market initiation start
–>Starting from 15,000 (Starting Salary) BDT.

Job location: 2/23, Razia Sultana Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Office Time: 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM
