Customer: Here we will show you how to create a customer.

Two tabs will show, manager customer and reset password tab.
Manager customer, here you can edit and create a customer.

Creating a client go to the top right and use ‘add new customer tab’ here complete your new clients details, once done save
and make note of the clients username and password.

Password tab use only to modify clients password on request.

Remember to save the process after editing.

Services: This is the software module page.

Compared services 
Customized services

Compare services will show you the different features for each software module. If this tab is not shown on your admin panel, view these features on the softwdrive.company website

Customized services. Here partners adds the company logo to each product they want to create. And also the partner can set dedicated logos or image per software product.

How:

Use the add new customized service tab.

Service name 
name your service, for example ……. GL ACCOUNTING, or …… invoicing. This is your dedicated name. 
Logo
Upload your company logo, product logo, product image to brand software by company or dedicated image.
Create from
Choose the software module from the drop down to match your product name.
New price
This is your retail price (for info on admin)
Active
Mark active for software to function. Inactive, product will not function
Create

The product will now appear in the customized service list. From here you may edit the product’s name, logo..

To issue a client a subscription/software product

Customer: Here we will show you how to create a customer.

ISSUING A SOFTWARE PRODUCT/SERVICE/SUBSCRIPTION

 

Subscription: This is the tab to issue and manage software subscriptions.

Current subscribers

Pending/request orders

New subscription services

Current subscribers –
will show your active subscriptions already issued.
Here you can create invoice, record payment, send invoice and change status of client (active, pause, suspend..)

Open the new subscription tab:

New subscription
– here you issue the subscription or product you created in video 1.
– select the service/product created from drop down list
Customer – select customer created from drop down list

Enter Username – makeup and enter the new clients user name. We normally take this from their name. Make a note of this.
Subscription effective from – enter the effective date. Normally date you create the product.

Save the issue.

Your customer should receive an email from you noting their login access to the software.
