Marketing Support Officer

Position: Marketing Support Officer
Roles and Responsibilities:
–>Conduct marketing support functions, marketing activities, as well as client engagement activities, and conduct of digital webinars.
–>Emailing new clients to build up new customer relationships, and conduct webinar meetings to engage clients through skype and Zoom as part of video communication training.
–>Conducting product testing processes regularly, prior to suggesting product improvements.
–>Establishing contacts with accounting associates that want to engage in support functions and marketing activities.
–>Conducting Market research analysis / competitive analysis and making suggestions.
–>Monitoring customer behavior and accordingly making suggestions on product changes and enhancements.
–>Researching new opportunities for developing customer relationships and delivering according to customer expectations.
–> SEO experience will be an added advantage.
–> Formulating email campaign letters using graphics will be an advantage
–> Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Accounting or similar from any reputed university.
–> Or Reputable Certifications from any accredited institute in Accounting, Marketing and SEO work.
–> Experience without qualification is accepted but must have justify experience in IT marketing, SEO, Support, or accounting with motivation in moving into marketing.
Skills and Capabilities:
–>Effective knowledge possession in relation to accounting (Journal entry, accounting education)
–>Excellent language command skills in English as a first language with communication skills in both verbal and written perspectives.
–> Effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
–>Practical Experience in using software
–> Vacancies for fresh graduates or applicants with up to 2 years of experience in the relevant field
–>100% fluency in English (Verbal, spoken and Written)
–>Ability to read regulated, general conditions and understand the content documents of countries.
–>Possess one’s own Laptop and/or laptop will be provided.
–>Knowledge of accounting (education)
–>Acquaintances with sales clients and account management (education)
–>Demonstration of personal ability to meet deadlines.
–> Effective Communication skills.
–>Marketing, communications or other relevant qualification or practical experience required. .
Training will be given for product knowledge SEO and emailing
1) Starting at BDT 15,000 + Excellent Commission + Marketing incentives + monthly performance bonuses
2) Basic Salary is negotiable on the basis of experience
3) Performance Review (After 3 Month Probation Period)
4) Salary Raise will be based on review (Incentives on the basis of sales and customer engagement/Implementation of Incentive Program on the basis of Signing up customers/Bonuses)
After yearly as per progress and objective targets met for both.
Job location: 2/23, Razia Sultana Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (including lunch and prayers time)
Lunch & Snacks will be provided
Work from Home
10.00 am to 6.30 pm Sunday to Thursday
09.00 am to 2.00 pm Saturday
